Mobile Lifestyle Fitness Training is a virtual online Health, Fitness and Wellbeing coaching service run by Cat Muonga. Cat has been in the industry for over 14 years and at 34 she is now taking her lifestyle coaching mobile. Lifestyle fitness is a 3 step system to wellbeing.
The training system is based on fuctional fitness. ‘Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real life movements and activities’. The exercise movements use mutiple muscle groups at the same time to help improve your physical fitness such as strength, endurance, stability, flexiability and mobility. This training system is for every body regardless of age or gender.
Eat to nourish your body. This is not about fad diets it is about learning to make healthy choices, moderation and creating long term sustainable changes. Fuel your body with the right foods.
Change negative language, thoughts and behaviours. Analyse successful strategies and apply them to reaching your personal goals. Create successful routines and structures.
