Cat is an amazing friendly Coach she was my first ever Personal trainer and taught me so much in the gym and with my eating. She was always at the end of the phone if I needed any help. I highly recommend working with her.

Cat has been great with everything she has taught me. I love taking part in her zoom classes, her energy is always uplifting and she pushes me to be my best. Her nutrition plans and exercising plans are tailored to my lifestyle so that helps me keep on track.

I can’t even begin to say how pleased I am I worked with Cat. I have suffered migraines for so many years. I would have days when I was in agony and could only lay on the sofa.
